At Lureto Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return period on eligible products.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the eligible product within this 30-day period, provided that the product meets the return conditions below.

Our 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Free Returns

Returns are free of charge.

If you wish to return an eligible product within our 30-day return period, we will provide instructions for returning the product at no cost to you.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, the product should:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery;
Be unused or only handled to the extent necessary to inspect the product;
Be in its original condition;
Include the original packaging where reasonably possible; and
Include all accessories, parts and other items supplied with the product.

You may inspect a product in the same way you would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical shop.

If a product has been handled more extensively than necessary and this has resulted in a loss of value, we may be entitled to take that diminished value into account where permitted by applicable law.

We will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send products to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as reasonably possible after receiving the returned product.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Original Shipping Costs

If you are returning an order because you have changed your mind, our 30-day free return policy applies to the return shipment.

For EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will include the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment, subject to applicable law. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is generally not refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@ l ureto-home.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

You do not lose your statutory consumer rights because you did not report a problem immediately.

8. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Our 30-day return policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

If a product is faulty or does not comply with the agreement, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

For EU consumers, statutory consumer protection rights apply in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.
