"Customer", "you", and "your" refer to any person or entity purchasing products from our webshop.
2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases and agreements made through our webshop.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
3. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting or other factors.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the functionality or characteristics of a product do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information at any time.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency shown on the website.
Where applicable, prices include VAT and other legally required taxes. Any additional delivery charges or other mandatory costs will be communicated to you before you complete your purchase.
For customers outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges may apply. Such charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A sales agreement is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including but not limited to:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available during checkout.
We reserve the right to use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.
Your order will generally not be shipped until payment has been successfully received or authorised.
If a payment is reversed, declined or otherwise fails after an order has been placed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
We ship to the destinations made available at checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.
For EU consumer purchases, where no delivery period has been agreed, applicable EU consumer law generally provides that goods should be delivered without undue delay and, in principle, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes, natural events or other force majeure events, may affect delivery times.
8. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
If you order products for delivery outside the Netherlands or the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lureto Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally be imported into their country.
9. Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For products, the withdrawal period normally starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the period generally begins when you receive the final item.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you are not required to use that form.
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw before returning the product.
Returning the Product
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the product without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal.
The product should be returned in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would normally be permitted in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, the direct cost of returning a product under the right of withdrawal is the customer's responsibility, provided that we informed you of this before the purchase.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs charged for the original shipment.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an applicable legal exception exists.
Depending on the products we sell, examples may include goods that are:

Made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken;

11. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
EU consumer law provides a minimum legal guarantee of two years for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national rules and circumstances.
The legal guarantee is separate from the voluntary right of withdrawal described above.
12. Damaged Products on Delivery
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of:

We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Failure to report damage immediately does not automatically remove any mandatory legal rights you may have.

This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our obligations concerning defective or non-conforming products.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, governmental actions, strikes, transport disruptions, supply shortages, major technical failures, pandemics, cyber incidents or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.

Important: This Terms & Conditions page is designed as a strong general starting point for a Dutch/EU Shopify store. Because the exact rules can depend on the products you sell, your return policy, shipping model, payment structure, and whether you actively target customers outside the EU, I recommend having a Dutch/EU e-commerce lawyer review it before publishing.
